🎨 Artwork Guidelines

We want your logo or design to look its absolute best when printed or embroidered — so here’s everything you need to know before sending us your artwork.

Whether you’re ordering DTF prints, HTV transfers, sublimation, or embroidery, these tips help us deliver a clean, professional finish.

🧾 File Types We Accept

Preferred for print:

  • PNG (transparent background)
  • PDF (vector or high-resolution)
  • SVG / EPS / AI (vector files)

For embroidery: PNG, PDF, or JPG — we’ll digitise your logo.

Digitising fee: £15 one-time setup — reuse forever on future orders.

Tip: If your file has a white background, it will usually print. Transparent PNGs are best.

📐 File Size & Resolution

  • Minimum 300 DPI for best print quality
  • Min width: 1000 px (small chest logos), 3000+ px (large back prints)
  • Avoid screenshots or low-res social images (they can print blurry)
  • Keep files under 20MB (use email or WeTransfer for larger files)

🌈 Colour Setup

  • Supply artwork in RGB colour mode (we convert automatically).
  • For exact brand colours, include Pantone references in your notes and we’ll match as closely as possible.
  • Metallics/neons can be simulated but won’t be true metallic/fluorescent finishes.

🧶 Embroidery Artwork Tips

  • Minimum letter height: 5mm
  • Bold shapes stitch best; avoid ultra-fine lines
  • Gradients/shadows are simplified for stitching
  • Your digitised logo is stored for future reorders
