1. Our Products

All products sold by Moody Hoody Shop are custom printed to order. Each product is created specifically for you once your order is placed.

Because of this:

  • We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges, except where items arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect (see our Return Policy).

  • Please check your order details (size, colour, design, shipping address) carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Orders & Payment

  • By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide (including payment, billing, and shipping details) is accurate and complete.

  • Payment is required in full at checkout. We accept major debit/credit cards and any other payment methods shown at checkout.

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£), unless otherwise specified.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We will provide estimated delivery times at checkout. These are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., courier delays, customs).

  • You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. We are not liable for lost or delayed orders caused by incorrect addresses.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Because our products are custom printed, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, size issues, or ordering errors.

  • We will only accept returns for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items. See our Return Policy for full details.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be issued to your original payment method.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this Site (including logos, images, designs, text, and graphics) is owned by or licensed to Moody Hoody Shop.

  • You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without prior written consent.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site:
